1. Introduction
Welcome to TOKYOBITES! By accessing or using our website or subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please update your shipping address and contact info promptly if they change.

4. Subscription Model
TOKYOBITES is a recurring subscription service. All plans auto-renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you agree to ongoing charges until you cancel.

5. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are charged in USD or local currency through Shopify. Charges occur on your signup date and monthly thereafter. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a payment is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Boxes ship monthly. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a box is lost due to incorrect address or customer refusal, no refund will be issued. If a box is lost or damaged during shipping and verified via tracking, we may offer a replacement. Cosmetic packaging damage is not eligible for refunds.

7. Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. TOKYOBITES is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned by customs authorities. We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or rejected packages.

8. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription via your customer portal or by contacting support at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations after this deadline apply to the next billing cycle. Prepaid plans cannot be partially refunded.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not accept returns. If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. If verified, we may issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Minor dents or wrapper imperfections are not eligible for claims.

10. Allergy Disclaimer
⚠️ Our products may contain common allergens (e.g., peanuts, soy, dairy, wheat) and are produced in facilities that may process these allergens. Ingredient information may be in Japanese and not fully translated. Customers are solely responsible for checking ingredients and ensuring safe consumption.

11. Limitation of Liability
All services and products are provided "as is" without warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKYOBITES IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected box or product.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOKYOBITES against any third-party claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan. By using our services, you waive any right to class-action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually.
